Resetting VPN Password
If you need to reset your VPN password, please go to https://authpoint.watchguard.com/lbh
Enter your VPN username or email address and press Next.
DO NOT enter a password here. Choose ‘Forgot Password’ at the bottom of the screen.
You will be notified that an email has been set to you.
Open email titled ‘Set Password’ Click Refine Password.
Type in a password twice and press Save.
When you receive this message, you can close your browser.
